You can use TourConnect to manage all of your supplier rates, include those which have been emailed to you or a colleague directly via email, by forwarding the email and attachment into your account by following the steps below.
- Click on your company icon in the upper right hand corner
- Click on Settings
- Click on the Company Settings tab from the right hand side
- Click on Forwarding Address, then "Get Forwarding Address"
- Use the Copy Link to copy the email address to forward your supplier's rates into your TourConnect account from your email client
All forwarded emails will appear in your Messaging Workspace in the Unassigned tab.
