You will be able to add extras or packages into a template by following these steps:
1. Click on Rates & Contracts > Rate Templates
2. Click to open the template
3. Click on your product or room type from the left hand side
4. Scroll down to Extras, and click on "+ Add extras"
5. Add the information for your extras
a. Select the extra type from the drop down menu (if you don't see your extra from the list of options, select "Miscellaneous"
b. Enter an extra code (optional)
c. Enter a description (optional)
d. Select to add a nett rate or (retail rate) with a commission percentage
e. Add the rates that apply
6. Review your extra rates and save
