A workspace is a container that holds all information for a supplier and their rates, for an entire contracting period. You can use a workspace to:

  1. Send a contract request to a supplier(s).

  2. Upload a file and convert a supplier's rates into the TourConnect format yourself.

  3. Upload a file and request the TourConnect team converts the supplier rates into the TourConnect format.

You can also access all files, rate sheets, contracts, activity, and notes pertaining to this supplier for the contracting period. You can also resend the contract request or send general messages to the supplier or TourConnect data loading team.

All workspaces appear in the workspace list. You can add or remove columns from the list, sort by each column, and even download the workspace list you are viewing into a spreadsheet.
