TourConnect allows you to distribute your rates to everyone that you're working with. Your partners will be able to receive your rates and mark them as accepted, regardless if they have a TourConnect account or not.


Rate receiving process for your partners:

1. Your partners will receive an email notification when you've issued your rates

2a. If your partners have a TourConnect account (and are logged in), clicking "Download" with take them to the Contract List, where your contract will appear towards the top of their list. From there, they can download a copy of your rates, change the status, or view the online version. 

2b. If your partners do not have a TourConnect account (or if they're not logged in), clicking "Download" with take them to a webpage (the Asset Landing Page), where they will be able to view all of the contracts that they've received. From there, they can download a copy of your rates or change the status.
