If you've received a contract request from your partner, and cannot locate it in the Rates & Contracts section of your account, it's likely because your partner has issued the contract request to an email address that isn't associated to your account.
If this is the case, you will need to add this email as an Additional Email on your account.
In order to link your email addresses, follow these steps:
- Login to your account: https://contracting.tourconnect.com/signin
- Click on your account icon, in the upper right hand side
- Under "Settings," select "Additional Emails"
- Add another email and save
Once you've added an additional email address, a confirmation will be sent to this email address. Just click on the link in the confirmation, and your contract request will be pulled into your account.
