If my connection request hasn't been accepted, can I still issue my rates to my partners?

Even if your Connection request hasn't been accepted by your partners, you will still be able to issue your rates to any of your Connections, regardless of the status.

When sending your contracts, you will have the option to send your rates to your Connections, which will include pending or accepted Connections.
