You can use TourConnect to issue your rates to all of your partners, regardless if they have an existing TourConnect account.
When you issue rates to another TourConnect user, they'll receive an email notification, where they can view their contract directly from their account.
When you issue your rates to a partner who doesn't have a TourConnect account, they'll receive an email letting them know that you've sent your rates. The email will contain a link where they can retrieve their rates by entering their company name and a secure password:
The reason for this is so that your rates are secure, your partners can access the rates again (if they need to using their password), and so that you can track when your partners have viewed your rates.
Your partners do not need to create a full TourConnect account to download your rates, and can exit out of the window when they're done.
