Policies and rate information can be copied from template, as long as the template is completed and is for the same location. For the time being, you will not be able to copy information from one location to another, and we're hoping to add this feature in the future.

You will be able to copy all of the information from an existing template into a new one, by following these steps:

1. Click on Rates & Contracts > Rate Templates

2. Open the template that you'd like to copy information into

3. A window should open to ask if you "Would you like to import data from a template?"

a. Select the template that you'd like to copy the information from

b. Select the sections that you'd like to import

c. Click "IMPORT"

Note: If the window doesn't automatically appear to ask if you'd like to import any information from a previous template, click on Edit Tools (in the upper right), then "Import data from a template." If this option is disabled, it means that you do not have any completed templates to copy information from.
