If you've received a contract in TourConnect, you will be able to change the status to either Accepted, Loaded, or Rejected.
Changing the status of your contracts will help you better manage them internally, and will let your suppliers know that you've actioned them.
To change the status of a contract from the Contract List:
1. Click on Rates & Contracts > Contract List
2. Click on the status, and choose a new status from the drop down menu that appears
To change the status of a contract from an opened contract:
1a. Click on the drop down arrow beside the contract status to change the status
1b. Hover over one of the options under "NEEDS YOUR ATTENTION" and click on the button that appears to change the status
