An allotment report provides you with the information of all of the alloments you've given for a particular contracting period.

A detailed alloment report will provide you with information for each allotment you've given for the contracting period, with the partner name, start and end dates, room type, as well as the number of rooms and release back days.

An allotment summary report will provide you with a summary of the allotments you've given for a particular property, with the room types, start and end dates, and total rooms given on allotment.

To download an allotment report:

1. Click on Rates & Contracts > Reports

2. Click on Allotments from the left hand side

3. Select your Contracting Period

4. Select an allotment report type

5. Click on "DOWNLOAD ALLOTMENT REPORT"
