A. If you have the existing username/ password:

  1. Login into the account

  2. Click on Settings

    3. From the Manage Users menu, click "ADD NEW USER" and add your email as an           Admin

    4. Click on the More Actions beside the user that you'd like to take the account over         from, then click Disable

Note: We would recommend adding the disabled user as an Additional Email which will pull in any Connection Requests, Notifications, Contracts/ Contract Requests that is sent to this email.

B. If you do not have the existing username/ password:
