Using the Email Add-In for Rate Management

The TourConnect Email Add-In makes it very easy to access and store supplier rates directly from within your inbox.

  1. Open the Add-In next to any email that has supplier rates.

  2. Click on the $ icon to open the Rates area of the Add-In.

  3. If the email sender is not associated to a Partner yet, either create a new Partner or Search for a Partner and assign this email sender to the Partner. This will ensure future emails from this sender instantly pull up the correct partner and associated workspaces and contracts.

4. Once the email sender is assigned to a Partner, the system will automatically pull up the workspaces and contracts associated with that partner. Click on any of the email content at the top of the Add-In, and you can instantly add files to a workspace. At the bottom of the Add-In, you can also upload a file from your computer.
