You can use TourConnect to manage your entire contracting process and can even send your suppliers rate reminders.
If you've sent a contract request TourConnect, however are still waiting for contracts to be returned from your suppliers, you can send them a contract reminder.
To resend a contract request:
1. Click on Rates & Contracts > Contract List
2. Click on "Requests Sent" from the left hand menu
3. Hover over the contract request that you'd like to resent, and click on More Actions (3 vertical dots)
4. Click on "Resend Request"
5. Customise the message that you'd like to send to your supplier, and click "RESEND CONTRACT"
