TourConnect uses Rate Sets to store all of your rates and related information, like applicable days of the week, booking codes, and minimum or maximum night stays. Rates are loaded into Templates, and Templates are used to issue Contracts to your partners.

While it's not required, we would suggest to complete your Profile before you start loading your rates as it contains important information that's helpful when exchanging a contract.
