TourConnect's Partner Management allows you to send a message, rates/requests, or marketing materials to your partners.

To do this from the Partner Details page:

1. From the Partner List, click on your partner's name to access their Partner Details page

2. From the Partner Details page, click to Send Message, Send Rates/Requests, Send Marketing Materials

3. Complete a Subject & Message, and any optional Assets

Note: Messages by default include a personalised greeting, which means that we will use the recipients first name if it has been provided.  

Assets can be attachments, contracts/rate requests, or marketing materials.

4. Click to Send to Recipients
