We can support almost any customisation of the extraction at an agent level for your account. It could be that the agent wishes to associate the booking with a different email address than that used to send the booking email. Or perhaps they only want to carry over part of the booking reference id from the booking email.

How to setup a custom data extraction for your agent
Contact support@tourconnect.com to request a custom extraction. In your email include the following;
the agent name
which fields you would like adjusted
describe the ideal extraction outcome for each field
Our team will review the request and confirm what is possible. Simple changes may occur in as little as 24 working hours.
Once setup, automations using your customised agents are treated the same as those for standard agents.
