CleverCompose is a very simple tool to use, and most importantly, takes just minutes to setup. Below are instructions on getting started with the tool!

1. Configure your AI
The power of CleverCompose is to intelligently incorporate your company's information into the content it generates. In order to do this, it needs your organizations data. It can handle webpages, files, and text...in any format.
Upload webpages, files, and text relevant to your company on the configuration page for the AI to use to generate content.

2. Access the Tool
After configuring your AI, there are three different ways to use CleverCompose. Below are the different ways to access the tool, and instructions on how to do so.
Log in and use the tool within TourConnect's website
Open the Email Add-In next to any email in Gmail or Outlook
Open the Chrome Extension on any webpage
Note: Both Email Add-Ins will work with any email/inbox...so you can switch between inboxes any time you would like.

3. Use one of the Prompts
To make it easy, we've created some prompts (how you ask the AI to perform a specific task) that we believe you'll find useful. You can start with those. As you get more confident, you can use the Ask your AI Anything feature...and write your own prompt!
Use the sample prompts to generate replies to emails or marketing content
Use the Ask AI Anything to use the AI for anything you can think of!
