How to search for an existing booking with the Booking Automation Tool

To search for an existing booking in your booking system, within the “Bookings” tab (the ticket icon), simply click on “Search”. Enter any information you would like to search by - Booking ID, for example, and click “Search”.

NOTE: If you click “Prefill from Email”, and the system recognizes that the action needed is a search, it will default to the Search area for you. If you actually need to create a booking, simply click on “Create” and continue.
