You can add new users, manage user settings or rights, and approve new or pending users from your Company Settings.
To edit the rights of a user, or approve a new user:
- Click on your company icon in the upper right hand corner, then click on Settings 
- Click on COMPANY SETTINGS (from the blue menu bar) 
- Under Manage Users, click on More Actions (3 vertical dots) beside the user 
- Add or edit the information for the user (and click APPROVE or REJECT if needed) and set the user permissions (and locations/properties if applicable) then SUBMIT
