Consultants can now make itinerary changes through chat directly within the original workflow.
Instead of navigating through multiple screens for every adjustment, you can now request updates conversationally, including:
Adding or removing travelers
Adjusting travel dates
Updating rooms or services
Searching for alternative products
Modifying itinerary details across multiple services
Requesting broader itinerary changes in a single conversation
The system is now better equipped to interpret intent, understand context, and apply updates more intelligently across an itinerary.
2. Better Bespoke Itinerary Creation
We’ve significantly improved how Itinerary Assist helps consultants create and manage bespoke itineraries.
The updated system is now better equipped to work through conversational requests, understand traveler intent, and organize itinerary changes more coherently across complex trips.
This means the system can better:
Understand custom or loosely structured itinerary requests
Infer missing context where appropriate
Remove irrelevant or unnecessary information
Recommend more relevant products and itinerary options
Organize changes more logically across an itinerary
Whether consultants are building a custom trip from scratch or refining an existing itinerary, the system now produces more complete and relevant first drafts with less manual cleanup required.
