With more extracted data fields now available, we’ve introduced a polished, read-only summary view designed for effortless scanning. Instead of navigating a wall of active input boxes, you can verify everything at a glance and jump into editing mode with a single click of the Edit button.
Comprehensive Product-Fields: The interface now surfaces all additional field configurations from your products within a dedicated section, ensuring that extracted product data is fully visible and organized in one reliable location.
Dedicated Editing: We have introduced a separate, dedicated edit workflow. Users can now view all extracted data in a clean read-only layout and instantly modify information with a single click using the new Edit action.
Consolidated Workflow for Single & Multi-Bookings: Single and multiple bookings are now handled in one centralized view, eliminating the need to toggle between separate tabs or interface icons.
Improved Extraction Accuracy: Experience significantly sharper extraction accuracy for critical logistics, including Pickup/Drop-off locations, Passenger Counts, and Meal Preferences (which now feature smart auto-selection).

Fields follow product configuration: The tool dynamically displays fields based strictly on what the booking requires, hiding unnecessary or irrelevant inputs to keep the workspace clean.
Mandatory field enforcement: Required details are prominently surfaced with clear, intuitive styling. If crucial information is missing, inline error handling quickly alerts you so it can be resolved before submission.
3. Advanced Extraction & Multi-Booking Support
Users can now seamlessly process both single and multi-bookings within a single, unified interface. After initiating data extraction, the system parses the information and dynamically populates the workspace based on the retrieved data.
How the workflow operates:
Single Bookings: The system displays a single, streamlined entry for straightforward verification.
Multi-Bookings: The system automatically expands to display multiple bookings simultaneously, allowing for efficient batch processing.
The workspace dynamically surfaces all extracted data relevant to the booking. To keep the view clean and relevant, Booking Automation AI only displays fields configured for your specific product setup. If updates are required, any field can be modified instantly by clicking the Edit button.
