How to Complete Your Profile
Your marketing profile showcases your company and products to your Connections and potential partners (through the Partner Finder).

The basic information required in order to complete your profile (and to be listed in the Partner Finder) will be shown in the profile completion box, which is circled in red below. You will find different sets of requirements for the Corporate Profile, Location Profile*, and Product Profile.

*We have created the "Locations" for companies that have multiple operating areas, or manage multiple properties. Locations allows companies to add different information (like contacts, descriptions, etc.) for these Locations, so that they can be listed individually in our Network. For example, if your company operated from New York, Sydney, and London, these would be separate locations so that buyers can find you by each operating area.

**If you only have 1 property or operating area for your tours, then you will only need to complete your Corporate Profile.

To complete your Profile:

  1. Click on Sales & Marketing, then Marketing Profile to access your Corporate Profile, and complete the required information in the readiness box:

2. At least 1 location that is contract ready is required, and to pull up your Location Profile, click on "Add Location" or click on your existing location:

For Non-Accommodation Suppliers:

Location = an attraction, shop, or operating area

  • If you only operate from 1 area, you can title your Location as your company name. For example, if your company name is Alice & Oz Tours, and you only operate out of Sydney, you can title your location as Alice & Oz Tours.
  • If you operate from more than 1 area, you should title your location as the operating area. For example, if you operate from Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, you should create 3 separate locations, and title them as Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

For Accommodation Suppliers:

Location = an individual property

  • You should title your location as your property name.

3. Once you are on the Location profile page, you will see another set of requirements for your Location Profile that you will need to complete:

4. At least 1 product that is contract ready is required, and to pull up your Product Profile, click on "Add Product" or click on your existing product:

For Non-Accommodation Suppliers:

  • Product = a tour or attraction

For Accommodation Suppliers:

  • Product = a room type

5. Once you are on the Product profile page, you will see another set of requirements for your Product Profile that you will need to complete:

Once you've completed the required information in your Corporate Profile, Location Profile, and Product profile, your Profile should say that it's 100% Complete, and you will see the Contracting Ready labels on your Location and Product.
