When a supplier sends out their rates, if the recipient has a TourConnect account their notifications settings control how they are notified. If they have turned off notifications when the company is online, they will not get an email notification.
To resend your rates, and have it go to your partner's email, here is what you can do:
Ask your agent/partner to log into their TourConnect Account:
Password Reset (just in case)
Go to their Account Settings
Turn the setting for "Receive email notifications when my company is online" to ON. (see below)
Resend them the rates (the rates will be in their account, so they can just look in their contract list here, but just in case, you can resend it to them).
This is by design, as may of our users were getting too many email notifications and wanted them turned off when they were already logged in.
